Cancellation Policy

At Roopnaari, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Because our order fulfillment process begins promptly after an order is confirmed, we request customers to review their cart and details carefully before completing a purchase.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order. Once this 1-hour window has elapsed, or once an order enters the processing, packing, or dispatch stages, cancellation requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation within the permitted 1-hour timeframe, you must immediately contact our support team by emailing roopnaari@gmail.com or calling us at +91 9054 636 301. Please clearly specify your Order ID, registered contact details, and the reason for cancellation. A cancellation request is considered complete only after confirmation from our support team.

Refund on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is received within 1 hour of placing the order and successfully approved before order processing begins, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount typically reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days. Applicable payment gateway charges or non-refundable third-party processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

Cancellations by Roopnaari

Roopnaari reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify any order at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory unavailability, inaccuracies in product specifications or pricing, courier serviceability limitations, or suspected fraudulent transactions. If Roopnaari cancels your order, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Orders in Transit or Delivered

Orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit cannot be cancelled or recalled. If you refuse delivery of a dispatched order, return shipping charges and logistics costs will be deducted from any applicable refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
